Become a member
Membership is open to surgeons who completed training within the last 7 years and hold an academic or academically affiliated appointment. There is no fee.
What membership gives you
- Meeting notes, agendas and action items from every session
- The member directory — search colleagues by specialty, institution and interest
- The shared resource library: promotion templates, negotiation language, AI prompts
- A standing invitation to the monthly virtual meeting
How verification works
Registering with a university or hospital address grants access immediately. Personal mailboxes are held for manual review — write to info@secas.org if your institution does not issue one.
